Yam, chestnut and chicken soup
Ingredients required: yam, chestnut, lotus seeds, red dates, chicken
Preparation method:
1. Chicken Blanch the ginger slices in a pot under cold water, remove and wash.
2. Put a little oil in the pot and fry the chicken until fragrant.
3. Add appropriate amount of hot water and simmer for 15 minutes
4. Add yam, chestnut and lotus seeds and continue to simmer for 25 minutes.
5. Add the red dates and simmer for 15 minutes.
