What responsibilities do parents take in family education?
Parents or other guardians should bear the main responsibility of family education for minors and educate them to develop good thoughts, conduct and habits.

Article 4 of the General Principles of the Family Education Promotion Law stipulates: "Parents or other guardians are responsible for the implementation of family education.

Chapter II Family Responsibility Article 14 stipulates: "Parents or other guardians should establish the sense of responsibility that the family is the first classroom and the parents are the first teachers, undertake the main responsibility of family education for minors, and educate minors to develop good thoughts, conduct and habits with correct thoughts, methods and behaviors."

* * * Other family members who live together and have full capacity for civil conduct shall assist and cooperate with the parents or other guardians of minors to carry out family education.
