In 2010, when the Vladivostok Immigration Bureau held a meeting with the Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Vladivostok, it said that there were more than 1W legally registered Chinese in Vladivostok, and nearly 1W blacks who were not legally registered (I can't verify the estimate), and now it's just estimated that there are about 2W, all counted in.

Russians in Vladivostok are 50W, about one in 50 is Chinese. (FYI)
