1 Cassia Cistanche and Cistanche deserticola tea
Take 10 grams each of cassia seeds and Cistanche deserticola, fry the cassia seeds, grind them finely, add boiling water to brew with the Cistanche deserticola, filter the liquid, and add an appropriate amount of honey. Drinking instead of tea can treat habitual constipation and senile constipation.
2 Radish and tangerine peel tea
Take 30 to 60 grams of radish each time, slice it, and 10 grams of tangerine peel. Put it in a teacup and brew it with boiling water for half an hour. 200~300ml each time, 3~4 times a day.
3 Four Kernel Tea
10 grams each of almonds, peach kernels, hemp kernels, and plum kernels. Break them into pieces and put them into a teacup. Pour into boiling water and soak for 10 minutes. 200 ml each time, 3 to 4 times a day.
4 Sesame Tea
Roast 10 grams of black sesame seeds and grind them into powder together with 4 grams of tea leaves, brew with boiling water and drink. It has the effects of replenishing qi, promoting fluid production, moisturizing the intestines and laxative, and is especially suitable for habitual constipation.
