Ingredients: 250g bracken, 300g bacon, onion, shredded ginger, dried pepper, salt, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate and salad oil.
Practice: wash bracken, cut into 3 cm long sections and blanch in boiling water. Bacon slices. Heat oil in a wok, add bacon, onion, shredded ginger and dried chili, add bracken, season with salt, soy sauce and monosodium glutamate, and stir well.
