Practice:
1. Dice chicken breast, cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, white pepper, egg white and starch for 20 minutes.
2. Put the oil in the pan, stir-fry the diced chicken until it changes color, and take it out.
3. Add green onion (more), shredded ginger, dried pepper, cucumber and carrot into the pot and stir fry.
4. Add diced chicken, a little soy sauce, a spoonful of soy sauce, a little soybean sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, half a spoonful of sugar, 1 spoonful of vinegar, and stir-fry for 1 minute. Eat out of the pot
