Microwave cake making

Because the power of microwave ovens is different, the amount of flour is different, and the time used is slightly different. You can adjust it according to your own situation. Dry yeast is usually used to make bread, steamed buns, etc., and you can also use a microwave oven. Heated, this method is similar to making cakes. When making cakes, baking powder is generally used or omitted. Here are several methods for your reference:

First method:

Ingredients: Low-gluten flour (90 grams) Eggs (5) 90 grams of sugar. You can use a large ceramic bowl or a microwave-safe glass bowl for heating.

Method: Separate the egg whites and egg yolks, and sift 90 grams of low-gluten flour. Add sugar to the egg whites, beat with a whisk (or a few chopsticks) until wet and foamy, add the egg yolks. Beat until the egg batter is thick. Add low-gluten flour. Stir up and down to mix evenly. Brush the microwave container with oil, pour in the egg batter and shake it twice to knock out any big bubbles. Put it in the microwave for 2 minutes on high heat and 2 minutes on medium heat.

Second type:

80g flour, 5g baking powder, 4 eggs, 60ml milk, 80g sugar, a little oil

First, separate the yolk and egg white. Mix the flour and baking powder well. Then, mix the egg yolk, milk, 40 grams of white sugar, and a little oil, and stir evenly.

After mixing the flour and baking powder, you can stir it slightly with an egg brush to eliminate flour particles. . Then pour into the egg yolk mixture and stir evenly. Then started beating the egg whites. Beat for a while first, and if you see some bubbles, add 40 grams of white sugar, or add sugar in 2 times, and continue beating... until the egg white foam rises and becomes thinner. Look at the results of the yolk mixture and egg whites.

Then, add the egg whites to the egg yolk mixture in 2 to 3 batches, stir evenly after adding once, and then add more. After mixing completely, prepare a microwaveable container and grease the inside with oil around it. Pour the completely mixed slurry into the container... Remember, when filling the slurry, be sure not to fill it too full, and leave a certain height for it to expand.

Vibrate the container containing the slurry on the table a few times to drive out any large air bubbles. Then it’s ready to go in the microwave! If you want to heat it evenly, first place a pair of bamboo or wooden chopsticks underneath, and then place the container on the chopsticks. Microwave oven to medium-high heat for about 5 minutes. Open it after 5 minutes. If it is not cooked enough, heat it for 1 more minute. When finished, take it out, flip it upside down on a plate and it’s done! If you want to style it, you can just put cream, chocolate, etc. on the outside. If you don't shape it, just cut it and eat it.

There is another method:

Ingredients: self-raising flour, 5 eggs, sugar, baking powder, butter (or butter), milk

Method:

1) First separate the egg white and egg yolk.

2) Beat egg yolks and sugar evenly.

3) Beat the protein and sugar for a while. This is an important step that requires a certain amount of patience. Don't be lazy, even though your hands will be very sore. Then add a spoonful of baking powder and beat evenly.

4) Add some hot water to the butter, and melt it in the microwave for ten seconds.

5) Add the butter to the egg yolks and mix well. If there is cream, it is best to add some.

6) Slowly add the prepared egg yolks to the beaten egg whites, and mix well

7) Add about half (about 200g) of the self-raising flour slowly through a sieve Slowly sift into the egg liquid and stir well to form a batter. If there is no sieve, just like me, add the self-rising flour directly, but stir constantly to prevent the formation of small dough balls. If there are really small dough balls, then you have to wash your hands. Hehe, do it slowly. Let it go

8) Add 70 ml of milk to the egg liquid, then put these things in the microwave on high heat for 1 minute, if not, cook for another minute, until soft.
