Until the time display is 1: 50, the machine operates again, get the plastic wrap quickly, and the machine starts to mix dough1minute to exhaust, and the time display is1:49, and the machine stops. Continue to cover with plastic wrap, and then cover the toaster for secondary fermentation.

When the time of fermentation to the bread machine shows 0: 50, the fermentation is completed and the machine enters the baking process. At this time, the lid is quickly opened, the plastic wrap is removed, the reserved egg liquid is brushed on the surface of the dough, and then the lid is closed for baking.

After 50 minutes, the machine will beep, and the time will show 0: 00. Press and hold the OK key to cancel the program. Wear heat-insulating gloves, take out the bread barrel, pour out the bread, take out the stirring blades at the bottom with hooks, and put the bread on the drying rack to dissipate heat. If there is no drying rack, you can use the steaming rack at home.

Bread can be eaten when it is cold enough not to burn your hands. If you can't finish eating, you can put it in a fresh-keeping bag and seal it when it's cool.
