It is not very difficult to make red bean popsicles by yourself. Now there are many friends who like to cook food at home, and the required ingredients and utensils should be easy to complete. Moreover, the popsicles made at home are genuine, so you don't have to worry about too much sugar and additives. You can do whatever you want and eat whatever you want.
Next, I am going to share with you the practice of two red bean popsicles. But before that, let's talk about the treatment of red beans.
Boiled red beans
Because beans are time-consuming and laborious to cook, I usually cook them in an automatic pressure cooker. Cook half a catty or a catty at a time. After cooking, put it in the refrigerator with a fresh-keeping box, depending on the situation. Cooked red beans can be used in many places, such as mashing them with a cooking machine to make red bean paste, and filling them with buns for dessert. Or take it out and put it in a small pot with sugar to cook honey beans, or it can be paired with many ingredients. My favorite Cantonese sweet-skinned lily, lotus seed, red bean paste and red bean porridge can also be cooked. After all, beans are hard, so it will save time to cook them once and then with other ingredients.
Material preparation: 300-500g of red beans. Wash with clear water and soak for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Practice: put a proper amount of water in the automatic pressure cooker, not too much, just half a knuckle higher than the red beans. There's one on my pressure cooker? Beans? The menu, just choose this menu. Cooked red beans are soft and waxy, but you can still see granules.
Ok, the first ingredient is ready. Now we are going to start making red bean popsicles.
Basic version of red bean popsicle
Material preparation: main ingredients: 500ML of milk and a proper amount of cooked red beans.
Ingredients: appropriate amount of sugar, condensed milk 1 spoon, whipped cream 100ML.
Practice: 1, condensed milk, milk and white sugar are put into a small milk pot together, and boiled on low heat, paying attention to stirring, so as to avoid the milk from pasting the pot.
2. Turn off the heat when the milk bubbles, add whipped cream and red beans, and stir well with an eggbeater.
3. Pour the stirred raw materials into the popsicle mold. Don't fill it completely to avoid overflowing after freezing. Row the bottom of the mold by hand to discharge bubbles, and then put it in the refrigerator for freezing.
