Pork belly 100g, garlic moss 300g, chopped green onion, peanut oil, salt, soy sauce.
working methods
1. Slice pork belly and cut fresh garlic moss into 2cm sections.
2. Put oil in the wok, add the skin and stir fry, add chopped green onion and soy sauce and stir fry, drop a few drops of water into the wok and add salt.
3. Add garlic moss and stir fry, then serve.
