The recommended recipes for three meals a day from Monday to Sunday are as follows:

Monday

Breakfast: a bowl of red bean porridge (25g red bean and 25g rice each), a boiled egg, a piece of cucumber, carrot and peanut, and a cup of milk.

Extra meal: a kiwi fruit (100g).

Chinese food: a bowl of buckwheat and oat rice (two Liang), stewed melon with shrimp, and shredded green pepper and lean meat.

Extra meal: a grapefruit.

Dinner: a steamed bread with miscellaneous grains (22 Liang), fried celery with dried incense and tomato soup.

Tuesday

Breakfast: a bowl of egg-flower lean meat steamed brown rice (brown rice 25g), half steamed bread (25g), a cup of soybean milk, and cold kelp silk.

Extra meal: a pear.

Chinese food: a bowl of rice with black beans, black rice and miscellaneous grains (two Liang), steamed hairtail and mashed garlic eggplant.

Extra meal: a handful of pine nuts.

Dinner: a bowl of rice with miscellaneous grains left over at noon (two or two), chicken breast with peas, laver and egg soup.

Wednesday

Breakfast: a bowl of vegetable buckwheat noodles (50g noodles, you can add different vegetables you like and an egg).

Extra meal: a cup of sugar-free yogurt.

Chinese food: a bowl of sorghum rice and purple potato rice (the ratio of sorghum rice, purple potato and rice is roughly1:1:1), fried shrimps with celery, fried lettuce with fungus and carrots.

Extra meal: a grapefruit and five grapes.

Dinner: 10 steamed dumplings with leeks and eggs (thin skin and big stuffing) and a plate of cucumber.

Thursday

Breakfast: a bowl of vegetable porridge (25g rice, celery, Chinese cabbage, coriander, etc.), a short piece of boiled corn, and a few small dishes of Laba garlic.

Extra meal: a plum (small).

Chinese food: a bowl of corn and soybean rice (two liang), steamed bass and stir-fried lettuce.

Extra meal: a pear (small).

Dinner: a bowl of rice with miscellaneous grains left over at noon (two or two), baby cabbage with garlic, scrambled eggs with tomatoes.

Friday

Breakfast: a steamed bread with miscellaneous grains (one or two), a bowl of egg drop soup and a small dish of cold purple cabbage.

Extra meal: a cup of sugar-free yogurt and half a banana.

Chinese food: two stuffed buns with shepherd's purse (the stuffing is vegetarian and can be matched according to your own taste, with thin skin and big stuffing), fried beef with carrots and steamed yellow croaker.

Extra meal: half a banana.

Dinner: two vegetarian buns at noon, cold shredded radish and winter melon soup.

Saturday

Breakfast: a miscellaneous grain pancake (you can add a variety of vegetables you like) and a cup of soybean milk.

Extra meal: 10 grape (100g or so).

Chinese food: a bowl of fried rice with eggs (cucumber, carrot and onion can be put in, and vegetable rice is available), stewed pork ribs with melon and fried leek with bean sprouts.

Extra meal: about ten raw peanuts.

Dinner: a miscellaneous grain steamed bread (which can be made from the leftover noodles in the morning), tomato and fish soup, and kelp with garlic paste.

Sunday

Breakfast: a bowl of fresh meat wonton and a small dish of garlic cucumber.

Extra meal: an orange.

Chinese food: a bowl of oat and highland barley rice (two or two), boiled Chinese cabbage, fried chicken breast with Pleurotus eryngii and green pepper (you can add other vegetables you like).

Extra meal: a cup of sugar-free yogurt.

Dinner: a bowl of oat and highland barley rice (22 Liang), garlic and oil wheat vegetables, mashed garlic eggplant.
