Dumpling wrappers can’t be turned by themselves~
When I make dumplings and roll them out, they look like this:
1 The big thumb of the left hand is on top and the other four are on top. Point down, hold the dough, with the leather side facing the panel;
2 Open the palm of your right hand, so that the rolling pin can be controlled freely back and forth in your hand.
3. Roll the rolling pin forward with your right hand. When you move backward, turn the dough piece in your left hand (that is, the rolling pin will not move when it comes up, but move quickly when it comes down). In this way, you have Speed ??forms a circle~~~
