How to make honey-made wolfberry and red date paste
1. I have used less than 2 packs of Xinjiang red dates and are ready to go nuclear.
2. Pied jujubes
3. Use a kitchen scale to weigh 200g of pitted jujubes
4. Weigh 50g wolfberries
5. Weigh rock sugar and add 150g of brown sugar
6. Weigh 100g of honey
7. Wash the red dates and wolfberry, put them into the pot, add brown sugar, rock sugar, and add an appropriate amount of water.
8. Cover, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat for 30 minutes.
9. Put it into a blender and grind until evenly
10. Pour it into the pot and bring to a simmer over medium-low heat, stirring constantly.
11. Stir and stir, the red dates have changed color, and they need to be cooked. They are too thin, so they need to be boiled out.
12. Boil it into a thick jam shape. After it cools down, pour in 100g of honey and mix well.
13. Put it into a clean jar, seal it with plastic wrap and cover it tightly.
14. Pour a cup of warm water every morning on an empty stomach, scoop out a spoonful of honey-made wolfberry and red date paste, and stir well. It’s sweet, fragrant, and delicious!

Tips
In step 7, add an appropriate amount of water, but I added a little too much, which caused the cooking time later. After a while, I reached 2 bowls of water (soup bowl), and I guess 1 and a half bowls will be enough.
