Lotus seeds, gorgon seeds and other cereals are not incompatible with each other. The most common one is gorgon fruit and cereals porridge, which is made by mixing a variety of cereals.
Gorgon fruit, also known as chicken head rice, has the effect of nourishing the spleen and kidneys. How to make multi-grain porridge with gorgon seeds:
10 gorgon seeds
A handful of lotus seeds
A handful of white lentils
A handful of red kidney beans
A handful of brown rice
A handful of oats
A handful of black rice
A handful of red dates
Two handfuls of japonica rice
Except for lotus seeds, red dates and japonica rice, the above ingredients should be soaked for 8 hours in advance.
Wash all the ingredients, put them into a pressure cooker, add water and cook over high heat for 5 minutes.
Turn to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat.
After the gas in the pressure cooker is released, you can take it out and add rock sugar or honey and enjoy.
