Dismantle the well frame, wood square and steel belt around the template in turn, then let it stand for 2-3 hours, and the template will naturally unfold and slowly demould. When the formwork is poured with concrete, the concrete will expand to a certain extent, so that the concrete will fit closely with the formwork. However, as the concrete slowly solidifies and the temperature drops, the formwork will naturally fall off under the action of thermal expansion and cold contraction. If there is no natural demoulding, you can easily remove the template by tapping the side of the template with a wooden square.
Remember: it is strictly forbidden to pry open the template with a crowbar or steel pipe violently, which will seriously damage the concave-convex groove of the template and affect its future use! ! Remember, remember!

Tip: The concave-convex groove is the most important part of our cylindrical wooden formwork. Please pay attention to protect the concave-convex groove. After form removal, the position of concave-convex notch must be cleaned to ensure that the template can be fastened smoothly next time.
