1. Make sure your network is clear. If it goes well, quit and restart the mobile phone customers of Perfect Movie.

2. If the above method is not feasible, restart the mobile phone and run the mobile phone client of Perfect Movie and TV Collection again.

3. If the above two methods fail, then uninstall, download and install the latest version of Perfect Movie, and you should be able to watch it.
