Medicinal chicken claws
Materials: jujube, astragalus, wolfberry, bamboo, ginseng, angelica (not too much, or easy to be bitter), chicken claws
Steps:
1. Chicken claws to remove the nails (can be chopped, or not chopped), add ginger and cooking wine blanch, wash and standby;
2. Medicinal herbs soak in warm water and wash;
3. pot put the right amount of water into the herbs (except wolfberry) to cook for half an hour, so that the herbs first flavor (water can not be so much);
