Ingredients: 1000g beef, 150g mushrooms

Step 8. Stir-fry evenly and pour in to cover. Add the boiling water to the beef, then add the dried red pepper and bring to a boil over high heat. Do not cover the pot and let the fishy smell float out with the steam. If there is any foam, remove it with a spoon
Step 9. Boil over high heat After about one minute, cover the pot, turn down to low heat and simmer.
Step 10. When it is mostly cooked, add an appropriate amount of salt to taste, and simmer again
Step 11.
