Golden Needle Mushrooms in Oil
Ingredients
130g golden needle mushrooms
40g chopped peppers
Small amount of minced garlic, chopped green onion
2g each of chicken powder, sugar
5ml each of soya sauce, oyster sauce
cooking oil in moderation
How to make it:
1 Wash and clean golden needle mushrooms and cut off the roots.
2 Take a bowl, pour in the chopped peppers, put in the minced garlic, add chicken powder, sugar, soy sauce and oyster sauce.
3 Mix well to make a sauce.
4 Put the chopped enoki mushrooms into a plate and arrange them.
5 Pour the seasoning sauce evenly again and set aside.
6 Open the electric steamer, fill the water tank with appropriate amount of water to the lowest water level line, put on the steamer compartment, set up the steamer tray, and put in the enoki mushrooms.
7 Cover the lid, press the "switch" button energized, select "vegetables", and then press the "steam plate" button.
8 Time set to 11 minutes, and then press the "Start" button to steam until the ingredients are cooked through.
9 After power off, take out the steamed dishes.
10 Heat a pan with oil and cook until it is 80% hot.
11 Turn off the heat and take out the hot oil, pour it over the enoki mushrooms and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Roasted Beef Rolls with Golden Mushrooms
Ingredients
400g Beef
100g Enoki Mushrooms
30g Celery
1 Carrot
5g Barbecue Powder
5ml Soya Sauce
10g Barbecue Sauce
Measurement: Cumin Powder and Cooking Oil

Method:
1 Cleaned enoki mushrooms cut off the roots and set aside.
2 Washed celery cut into segments, peel off the old skin, then cut into small strips, set aside.
3 Cleaned carrots cut into slices, then cut into small strips, set aside.
4 Cut the washed beef into thin slices and set aside.
5 Lay the beef on a cutting board and put a moderate amount of enoki mushrooms, celery and carrots.
6 Roll the beef into a roll and secure it with a toothpick, set aside.
7 Brush a moderate amount of cooking oil on the grill.
8 Place the beef rolls on the grill and grill over medium heat for 2 minutes until browned.
9 Flip beef rolls and brush with cooking oil, soy sauce, and barbecue sauce.
10 Sprinkle with barbecue powder and cumin and grill over medium heat for 2 minutes until browned.
11 Flip the beef rolls again, brush with soy sauce, barbecue sauce, barbecue powder, and cumin, and grill over medium heat for 2 minutes until cooked through.
12 Brush with additional cooking oil, grill for 1 minute, and serve on a plate.
Beef and enoki mushrooms in soy sauce
Ingredients
180g enoki mushrooms
280g beef
70g onion
Slightly shredded ginger
30g soy bean paste
2g salt
10ml cooking wine
2g white pepper powder
8 ml water starch
2 g sugar
2 g chicken powder
3 ml sesame oil
4 ml soy sauce
cooking oil in moderation
Methods:
1 Wash the onion and slice it.
2 Cleaned enoki mushrooms cut off the roots and set aside.
3 Cleaned beef cut into slices and shredded.
4 Beef into a bowl, add salt, cooking wine, white pepper.
5 Drizzle a little water starch, pour cooking oil and marinate for 10 minutes.
6 In a pot, fill with water and boil over high heat.
7 Pour in the enoki mushrooms and boil to remove impurities.
8 Remove the mushrooms, drain, place on a plate and set aside.
9 Pour in the marinated beef and stir well to remove the blood.
10 Drain the beef.
11 Heat the oil in a hot pan, pour in the ginger and sauté.
12 Pour in the bean paste, beef, quickly stir fry evenly.
13 Pour in the onion, stir fry evenly.
14 Drizzle a little cooking wine, soy sauce, inject the right amount of water.
15 Add a little salt, chicken powder, sugar, stir fry well seasoned.
16 Pour in some water starch, stir fry juice.
17 Drizzle a little sesame oil, stir fry quickly.
18 Sample the sautéed dishes and serve on top of the enoki mushrooms.
