Method 1:
Wash and dry the bought nuts, and then cover them. Soak nuts in soy sauce for two days (one catty of nuts and one catty of soy sauce). After two days, take out the kernel flour fruit, then immerse it in white sugar (1 kg of white sugar, 1 kg of kernel flour fruit) for about 4-5 days until the white sugar melts and you can eat it.
Method 2:
Ingredients: 2kg of white vinegar, 500ml of soy sauce and 250g of sugar.
Choose large and full kernel-flour fruit, which is rich in nutrition;
Cleaning the nutmeg and naturally air-drying; Then chop each drupe;
Put the nuts into a clean curing tank and pour 500ml of white vinegar for curing (remember to seal the nuts for 4 hours);
Cook soy sauce and sugar together until the sugar melts and boils; Pumping the cooled white sugar into a tank;
It usually takes about 4 days to ripen, and the cracked kernel will absorb rich juice, making the kernel bigger and more sweet and sour.
