Teriyaki Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
Two chicken thighs One scallion
Five slices of ginger Half a tablespoon of soy sauce
One tablespoon of soy sauce One tablespoon of oil
One tablespoon of sugar One tablespoon of salt
Onion A pinch One tablespoon of cooking wine
One tablespoon of honey Two tablespoons of cooking oil
Teriyaki Chicken Thighs
This is a common way to prepare chicken thighs
Teriyaki Chicken Thighs. Step 1
First remove the chicken bones
Step 2
Cut a few times vertically, and then chop a few times horizontally, so as to taste good.
Step 3
Marinate with white pepper, salt, cooking wine, sliced green onion and ginger.
Step 4
Scratch well with hands and marinate for more than half an hour.
Step 5
Heat a pan with cooking oil and fry the chicken skin side first.

Fry the other side.
Step 7
After frying, cut it like this.

Heat an iron skillet, add cooking oil and sauté the diced onion.

Add the sauce (soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper) and add a bowl of boiling water.

Put the chicken thigh meat into the sauce and let the soup boil until it thickens. Add honey Toss to coat. Pour the juice over the chicken.
