At that time, Mr. Zhang Jinquan, a native of Lanxi, Zhejiang Province, who was engaged in cotton playing, set up a stall to sell zongzi in the north street of Jiaxing when the cotton playing business was light in spring and summer. Later, Jiaxing was the most lively place at that time, and rented a facade to open the first Wufangzhai Zongzi shop, which operated ham and chicken dumplings and heavy oil mixed with sand dumplings. After several years, Jiaxing people Feng Changnian and Zhu Qingtang also opened two Wufangzhai, Heji and Qingji, opposite and next door to this store. Fierce competition has made the selection of zongzi materials more and more exquisite, the preparation scheme more and more perfect, and the taste more and more exquisite. Jiaxing Zhangjialong Wufangzhai has gained a reputation and is well-known in the south of the Yangtze River.
