Steps
1. Cut the leftover steamed buns into even sized pieces, prepare the milk, egg, condensed milk and powdered sugar. I forgot to take a picture of the powdered sugar.
2. Wash the lettuce leaves, wipe off the surface water with kitchen paper towel, spread on a small basket, and set aside.
3. Put the cut buns into a deep bowl, beat the egg and set aside.
4. Pour milk into the bun bowl so that each piece of bun absorbs enough milk.
5. Roll the milk-soaked buns in the egg mixture to coat them evenly.
6. Add vegetable oil to a hot pan and heat over medium-high heat until the oil is about 7 degrees Celsius.
7. Put the steamed bread pieces into the frying pan in order, medium-high heat fried golden brown.
8. Fish out the oil.
9. Place the buns on the lettuce leaves.
10. Squeeze condensed milk on the buns.
11. Sift powdered sugar evenly over the buns.
