Steps of stir-frying edamame in water bamboo
1.? Peel the water bamboo, cut off the old heel, cut it short first, shred it, scald it in a boiling pot and take it out;
2.? Boil edamame in a boiling water pot for about five minutes, and take it out for later use;
3.? Put oil in the fire pan and heat it to 60%. Add onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.
4.? Season with water bamboo, edamame and red pepper.
