Practice steps:
Step 1: Cut the onion and slice the ginger. Sea cucumber doesn't need to be cut into small pieces, because our children don't like big pieces, so I cut a few knives and mixed the soy sauce, soy sauce, sweet noodle sauce, starch and oyster sauce with a little water.
Step 2: Add ginger slices and onion slices after the oil is hot. Add the sea cucumber after the onion slices are slightly browned.
Step 3: Because the sea cucumber is ripe, just fry it a few times.
Step 4, add the prepared sauce, boil it, and collect the juice with low heat.
