Operating steps:
Step 1: Select fresh wing center or wing root. If the surface of wing center or wing root is intact, you can puncture several holes on the back with a needle to facilitate marinating. Add 70g New Orleans roasted wing marinade and 70g ice water to every 1000g wing or wing root, mix the ice water and marinade evenly, pour them into the chicken wings, and stir them evenly (it is recommended to use a strong bag, seal it and roll it on the table until the juice is absorbed by the meat).
Step 2: Marinate the marinated chicken in the refrigerator. It is strongly recommended to marinate 12 ~ 24 hours (to make chicken wings tasty), and it is best to turn them once every two hours.
Step 3: Bake the marinated wing roots in the oven, heat them at 170 ~ 180℃ for about 15 minutes, and bake them at 200℃ for 3 minutes, which will make the skin brown and attractive. You can also use the microwave oven to barbecue for about 10 minutes.
Note: Chicken wings with pickled peppers can be roasted in oven, charcoal fire, microwave, fried, fried and stewed.
