Ingredients
1 cup milk, 2 large eggs, 25g icing sugar, 1/4 cup hot water
Methods
1. Dissolve the icing sugar in the hot water to make a sweetened water, then add the milk to the sweetened water and whisk well. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs well, then strain them through a strainer and pour them evenly into the milk.
2. Remove the foam with a spoon and cover each bowl with tinfoil or damp kitchen paper. Fill a saucepan with water, bring to the boil over high heat, reduce the heat to low, cover and steam for 10 minutes.
