Sea cucumber and millet porridge
Ingredients
Millet, vegetables, sea cucumber, shredded ginger, chopped green onion
Method
1. Wash the millet and soak it in clean water;
2. Wash the vegetables and sea cucumber, cut into shreds of ginger and green onion, and slice the sea cucumber (Gongpin sea cucumber) into slices; (
3 , put enough water in the soup pot, add millet after the water boils, add sea cucumber after boiling, boil again and continue to cook for about 5 minutes, stirring with a spoon;
4. Add Ginger shreds, cover the pot, turn to the lowest heat and simmer, do not open the lid during this period;
5. After about 25 minutes, open the lid, add 1 tsp of concentrated chicken juice, stir to combine, and bring to a boil over high heat Cook for 2 minutes, then sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt, add white pepper to taste, add a few drops of sesame oil, sprinkle with chopped green onion, then turn off the heat and serve in a bowl.
