Here's what my mother does to keep it nutritious and delicious. My son eats twice a day. :)
In addition, remind Shanghai's mother that you can buy chilled chicken liver in Carrefour and Lotus in Yichu.
1- Chicken liver with a little lean pork, chopped up together.
2- put it in a small bowl, add a little salt, oil and sugar (to remove the smell, the baby can't cook wine), and stir well.
3- Cooking porridge:
A) Cook rice porridge. It's rotten with slow fire. Don't turn off the heat.
B) put the chicken liver paste into the porridge, while stirring, and break up the chicken liver paste.
C) boil for another two or three minutes, and then cease fire.
4- Making vegetable chicken liver puree:
A) chopping vegetable leaves
B) put a proper amount of water into the pot and bring it to a boil.
C) drip 1 and 2 drops of oil.
D) adding chicken liver paste, stirring, and breaking the chicken liver paste.
E) after boiling, add the vegetable puree and stir evenly.
F) If it is light, you can add a little salt (but you'd rather be light than salty), boil for two or three minutes, and take off the pot.
