I can't say which is better. The two shots are not very comparable. If you are a SLR camera or an R-series camera, you can only choose a small spittoon. 22 cookies are a special lens for Canon M-series camera, and SLR and R-series camera can't be used at all. If you are an M-series camera, 22 cookies can be used directly, either as a special lens for sweeping the street or as a daily hanging-up lens, while the small spittoon can only be used after being switched, and the special portrait lens is much less useful.
