How to calculate the statutory holiday salary?
The salary for going to work on legal holidays shall not be less than 300% of the usual salary. It should be noted that not all holidays in the usual long holidays are legal holidays, such as National Day. Only June 10 to June 1 3 are legal holidays, and the other four days are normal weekends. If the unit fails to arrange compensatory time off for these 4 days, it shall be calculated as 200% of the daily wage.
