Beef loup is the stomach of a cow, alias loup and belly tip; it is one of the internal organs of a cow. Beef louvre can be used as a food ingredient, generally used in hot pot, fried food and so on. The first three stomachs have no gastric glands and do not secrete gastric juices, collectively known as the antral stomach. The fourth stomach has gastric glands that secrete digestive juices, similar to the stomachs of pigs and humans, so it is also called the true stomach. The roughage eaten by cattle is mainly decomposed by rumen microorganisms into absorbable substances. Tripe contains protein, fat, calcium, phosphorus, iron, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin and so on. It has the efficacy of strengthening the spleen and stomach, benefiting qi and blood, replenishing the deficiency and filling the essence, quenching thirst and wind dizziness.
