(1) Cultivation place

Generally, you can use vacant houses, sheds, barns and plastic greenhouses to cultivate shiitake mushrooms in a simple way. You can also build bamboo and wooden mushroom sheds in front of and behind your house, and use grass curtains, corn stalks, tree branches and other shade on the roof of the shed, and the size of the shed can be designed according to the number of cultivated mushrooms. In order to meet the conditions necessary for the growth and development of mushrooms, the cultivation site should have the following conditions: ① moisturizing, heat preservation, not easily affected by external climatic conditions; ② good ventilation; ③ no direct light, there should be a uniform diffused light, the light intensity of 700 to 800 lux; ④ inside and outside of the room (shed) is clean, the ground is not stagnant, away from the source of contamination of miscellaneous fungi, pests.

(2) naturally suitable cultivation season

At present, most of the cultivation of slippery mushroom relies on the natural climate, indoors or outdoors, and the conventional cultivation is inoculated in the early spring under low temperature conditions. Generally, when the temperature rises to 0℃, it can be inoculated, about late February to early April in the northeast region, and the northern region can be postponed accordingly. Usually, the mushrooms are palletized outdoors, put on the bed at the right time, open the bags (plates) and produce mushrooms in the fall after spending the high temperature in summer, and complete a production cycle every year. In order to reasonably make full use of mushroom sheds to meet the needs of the market for slider mushrooms in different seasons, it is also possible to inoculate mushrooms in the fall and produce mushrooms in the spring. Inoculation can be started in the fall when the temperature drops to about 18℃, relying on the cool environment in the fall or indoor heat preservation in the winter to cultivate the mycelium, and then produce mushrooms in the spring in the one-or-two-session system.

(3) Production formula
