Tomato 1 cabbage, 4 fresh mushrooms, 3 eggs, 2 dough pieces, about 260 grams (2 people), onion, half root, ginger, 2 pieces of five-spice powder, oyster sauce and salt.
All the dishes are controlled with water. Dice vegetables, slice mushrooms, slice tomatoes, and chop onions and ginger.
I bought noodles, about 260 grams, for two people. Wonton skin and dumpling skin are both acceptable and need to be cut into smaller pieces.
Cool the oil in a hot pan. When the oil is hot, pour in the minced onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.
Pour in mushrooms, stir-fry over medium heat until soft, and the fragrance of mushrooms will be emitted.
Pour in tomatoes, add allspice powder, oyster sauce and salt, stir-fry tomatoes to get juice, and add some water if it is too dry.
Replenish enough water. I added three bowls of water to two people. If you like more soup, add half a bowl to a bowl.
Don't go in all at once when the water is boiling. Do it two or three times and stir with chopsticks. Don't let the noodles stick together.
Cook the dough until it is half-cooked (translucent) and add vegetables.
Cook for a minute or two, pour in the beaten egg liquid, and turn off the heat after the egg liquid solidifies.
