Chaohu whitebait balls
1. Wash the whitebait
2. Stir the minced fish
3. Cut the carrots , shred ginger, shred mushrooms, green onions, and ham.
4. Add oil to the pot, heat until 50% hot, put the whitebait balls into the pot and fry until cooked. Then everyone fry it again until the surface is crispy, and it's ready to be taken out of the pan.
5. Shape the evenly mixed ingredients into balls.
6. Put all the ingredients into a large bowl, add salt, pepper, egg white, and starch, and stir evenly.
