Non-alcoholic coffee mojito can't be missed in summer!

Ingredients:

9 grams of coffee powder, half a lime, 10 ml of mint syrup, 300 ml of soda water, 5 mint leaves and ice.

How to make:

Put the coffee powder into a filter cup and extract the coffee liquid with a Maxim espresso machine and set aside.

Rub the lemon with salt, cut three slices and the rest into cubes.

Take a taller mug so that you can see the layering more beautifully. Put the lemon pieces and mint leaves in the cup and pound out the juice, you can do this at home with a rolling pin wrapped in plastic wrap.

Add ten milliliters of mint syrup to the cup.

Add the ice cubes and lemon slices, and pour in an eighth of soda water.

Finally fill with coffee liquid and garnish with two mint slices.

This mojito is presented in three colors at the top, green at the bottom, coffee in the middle, and clear at the top. The syrup is the densest, so it's always at the bottom, and the coffee liquid is denser than the soda, so it's in the center. Mix some of this layered drink especially fun, the syrup is not expensive, you can buy and try, its fun!
