Huafeng instant noodles belong to Huafeng Food Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. Huafeng Food Company was founded in Pingsha, Zhuhai in 1982, producing Huafeng brand instant noodles. 1994, Huafeng Food Company signed a contract with Jinguang Group, a world-famous Chinese enterprise, and established Zhuhai Huafeng Food Industry (Group) Co., Ltd., which is mainly controlled by AFP Food Department of Jinguang Group, thus becoming an international food group company.

Zhuhai Huafeng Food Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Jinguang Group Asia Food and Real Estate Co., Ltd., which was established in 1982. It is mainly engaged in instant noodles and its ancillary products, and ranks among the top 100 manufacturing industries in China. It is one of the earliest instant noodle manufacturers in China.
