Braised pork belly with bamboo shoots
1. Wash pork belly and cut into pieces.
2. Soak dried bamboo shoots in boiling water for 8 hours.
3. Heat the oil pan and stir-fry the pork belly.
4. Stir-fry for fragrance and add bamboo shoots.
5. Stir fry and add sugar and salt.
6. Add soy sauce and stir fry
7. Add water to boil
8. Cover and stew for about an hour.
