Ingredients: stinky tofu, 4 cabbages 1/3 red peppers 1 roots (1), soy sauce 1 and 1/2 tablespoons red pepper powder 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon salt, 2/3 tablespoons sugar.
The practice of stinky tofu:
(1) Peel and remove leaves from Chinese cabbage, wash and drain, and wash and shred red pepper for later use.
(2) Tear the leaves of Chinese cabbage into pieces by hand, marinate them with salt for 1 hour to soften them, and then pour out the salt water.
(3) Add sugar, white vinegar and shredded red pepper, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes to taste.
(4) Put the stinky tofu into a hot oil pan, and fry it at the oil temperature of 170℃ for 6-8 minutes.
(5) When the skin is crisp and swollen to golden yellow, the oil can be drained.
(6) Cut the stinky tofu into pieces obliquely and put it in a plate. Pour the evenly mixed seasoning 1 on it and add a little kimchi.
