Slice pork belly.

When the oil temperature in the wok is 50% hot, stir-fry pork belly to get oil, stir-fry with light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, add kidney beans and stir-fry to change color, pour in appropriate amount of water, and stew for 15 minutes.

Add potatoes, salt and sugar, continue to stew for 10 minute, collect juice over high fire, and take out the pan and put it on a plate.
