The Thatched Cottage is located in the main scenic area of ??Dongfeng Mountain in the Forest Park, covering an area of ??398.2 hectares. In the area, there are China Changle Traditional Chinese Medicine Museum, "Xinglin Wangzhong" screen wall, "Nanya Hall" and "Baicao Garden", a special museum of Chen Xiuyuan, a famous doctor in the Qing Dynasty. , Jian'an "Three Saints Medical Pavilion" and various stone carvings and other attractions.

In front of the south gate of the thatched cottage, there is a stream that flows down artificially. There is a simple stone arch bridge over the stream. When you cross the bridge, on the forehead of the door is the inscription " The four characters "Dong Feng Thatched Cottage" come into view, showing dignity and elegance.

Enter the door, you are faced with a snow-white mirror wall, covered with blue and gray tube tiles. In the center is the calligraphy "Xinglin Wangzhong" by Liu Yi, vice chairman of the Chinese Calligraphy Association.

China Changle Traditional Chinese Medicine Museum is located on the left side of Zhaobi, covering an area of ??700 square meters. The architectural style is mainly from the Later Han and Three Kingdoms eras. Even the more than ten barrel-type red lanterns hanging in the museum and the hollows on the east and west sides The window panes are also packaged according to the decoration of the Later Han Dynasty and the Three Kingdoms period, which has a deep charm. The golden plaque with "Spring Warmth in the Apricot Grove" on the door of the traditional Chinese medicine center was inscribed by Miao Zi, vice chairman of the Chinese Calligraphers Association.

Nanya Hall is located on the right side of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Museum. It mainly exhibits the life and deeds of Chen Xiuyuan, a famous doctor in the Qing Dynasty. The three words "Nanya Garden" on the lintel were inscribed by Liu Yi, vice chairman of the Chinese Calligraphers Association.

The "Baicao Garden" in the thatched cottage is one of the "Three Treasures of Dongfeng Thatched Cottage". It covers an area of ??more than 10 acres and is planted with more than 30 kinds of precious Chinese herbal medicines such as honeysuckle, wolfberry, rose and Polygonum multiflorum and more than 1,000 plants. Rare medicinal trees such as ginkgo and apricot blossoms. Various shapes of stones in the garden are also interestingly engraved with "tiger guarding the apricot forest", "jade rabbit pounding medicine", as well as Chinese medicine couplets and riddles.

There is a scenic spot called "Jade Rabbit Pounding Medicine" in Nanping of Baicao Garden. Next to it is an ancient well with a history of 1,800 years. It is also one of the "Three Treasures of Dong Feng Thatched Cottage" and is commonly known as "The Immortal." well". Legend has it that this well comes from the same line as Dong Fengshan's famous Tianlong Well. Its water is clear and sweet. Dong Feng often used this spring to make pills and elixirs, which cured countless diseases.

There is a huge treasure gourd erected on the edge of the "Tai Chi Square" next to the traditional Chinese medicine hall. This is also one of the "Three Treasures of Dong Feng Thatched Cottage". When placed next to the Tai Chi diagram, Dong Feng's "Xuan Hu" is created. Looking at it, I vaguely feel that it is filled with "miraculous elixir" and "beautiful liquid".
