The preservation methods of different varieties of okra were studied and analyzed. The results showed that the okra in Guangdong province would lose water and wilt after being kept at room temperature for 2~3 days, and it would freeze in the refrigerator below 4.4℃. Storage at 5℃ can effectively reduce water evaporation and reducing sugar decomposition, inhibit crude fiber synthesis and effectively inhibit VC degradation. Can be stored for more than 5 days, and has the strongest fresh-keeping effect and edibility.
The best storage temperature of Japanese okra is 4℃, and the longest storage time is 24 days. The fresh-keeping effect of "Five Blessingg" okra in Taiwan Province Province is the best at 9℃. If 1 1 day is stored at 4℃, it will freeze.
