3. Boil the cooked spareribs in a pot until boiling, add the Chinese caterpillar fungus, continue to boil, add the gelatin, and cook the ginger slices together for about 15 minutes, then add the salt and onion and turn off the heat to eat.
Huajiao chicken soup
Whole chicken, gelatin, mushrooms, cooking wine, ginger slices, toothpicks.
1. Wash the chicken and put a little salt on the inside and outside for later use. The flower glue is soaked and set aside according to the second point above.
2. Fill the soaked mushrooms, fish glue and ginger slices into the chicken's stomach and seal them with toothpicks.
3. Pour a proper amount of water into the pot, boil it over high fire, put it on a steaming plate, put the chicken on a plate and steam it over high fire for 40 minutes.
4. After steaming, take out the chicken and tear it off by hand to make cold shredded chicken.
