Steamed Beef with Seafood Sauce

Chinese Cooked Egg Noodles 170g Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon

Garlic 2 cloves Peeled Ginger 1 teaspoon

Large Bell Pepper 1 Mushroom 125g

Salmon Steak 1 piece (200g) Hollandaise Beans 85g

Green Onions 4 stalks

Side Ingredients

Scallion, to taste Sweet Seafood Sauce 3 tablespoons

Sesame oil (optional) 1 teaspoon Light soy sauce (soy sauce) 1 tablespoon

Steps for Stir-Fried Beef with Seafood Sauce

1. Place egg noodles in a bowl and pour boiling water over them to soak for 5 minutes, or dispose of them according to package directions.
