Enoki mushrooms and tofu stew
Ingredients:
Enoki mushrooms, Japanese tofu, onions, garlic, peppers, corn starch. ?
Steps:?
1. Prepare the sauce ~ two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of oyster sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, a little sugar and salt, half a bowl of water and mix well! ?
2. Cut the tofu into cubes, wrap a layer of cornstarch around it, and fry it until both sides are brown! ?
3. Stir-fry the minced garlic and chili in the remaining oil, add the enoki mushrooms and stir-fry until soft, return the tofu, add the sauce and cook for two minutes, sprinkle with chopped green onion!
