Maybe you turned off this option nearby, so you can't see the buttons of people nearby. You must open it on the Discovery page to show people nearby. The operation steps are as follows:

1. Open WeChat first, select the "I" icon in the lower right corner, and then click the "Settings" button.

2. Then select the General button.

3. Click Discover Page Management.

4. Find the button nearby.

5. Turn on the buttons of nearby and nearby people, so that you can find nearby people in the discovery.
