Specific symptoms of etiology
Periarthritis of shoulder: due to various reasons, shoulder joint braking and shoulder soft tissue adhesion can cause pain due to traction during activities, and the stimulation of inflammatory factors can also cause certain pain; Cervical spondylosis: Cervical disc herniation can stimulate nerves or nerve roots, resulting in clinical symptoms of pain and numbness in the innervation area, which are manifested as shoulder pain and radiation pain in one upper limb; Trauma: external force can cause bone or soft tissue injury, and if nerve injury or aseptic inflammation occurs, it can cause shoulder pain; Rotator cuff injury: rotator cuff is a general term for the tendon tissues covering the front, upper and back of the shoulder joint, such as subscapular muscle, supraspinatus muscle, infraspinatus and teres minor. Located under the acromion and deltoid muscle, it is closely connected with the joint capsule. The function of rotator cuff is to draw the humeral head closer to the glenoid when the upper arm is abducted, and maintain the normal fulcrum joint between the humeral head and the glenoid. Rotator cuff injury will weaken or even lose this function, which will seriously affect the abduction function of upper limbs.
