How to cook tomato stewed tofu
Ingredients
2 tomatoes, 1 tender tofu, 1 garlic clove, 1 chopped green onion, appropriate amount of oil, appropriate amount of boiling water, a little salt, 1 tablespoon of water, appropriate amount of starch 1 spoon of chicken essence
Steps of cooking
1. Prepare the required ingredients: 2 tomatoes, 1 piece of soft tofu, 1 garlic clove.
2. Cut a cross on the top of the tomatoes with a knife, put them in a container, pour boiling water and blanch them for about a minute.
3. The skin of the tomatoes can be easily removed by tearing it gently with your hands
4. Cut the processed tomatoes into small dices and set aside.
5. Rinse the soft tofu with water and cut into pieces for later use.
6. Peel the garlic cloves and chop into minced garlic. Cut the green onions into chopped green onions and set aside.
7. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant.
8. Add diced tomatoes and fry until soft.
9. Add a little boiling water.

13. Add appropriate amount of chicken essence and chopped green onion and stir-fry evenly before serving.
