Ingredients: 6 red peppers
Seasoning: 200ml peanut oil, 4g salt, 3 slices of ginger, appropriate amount of garlic, 5ml light soy sauce, 5ml oyster sauce
Method
1. Cut red pepper into sections, slice garlic, and shred ginger.
2. Wash the squid head, remove the eyeballs and cut into strips.
3. Slice cucumber.
4. Boil a large bowl of water, turn off the heat after the water boils, pour the squid head into it and pick it up when it changes color.
5. Heat the oil pan and sauté the ginger and garlic slices until fragrant.
6. Pour in the squid tentacles, add cooking wine to enhance the aroma, and stir-fry over high heat.
7. Add red pepper and stir-fry salt and oyster sauce to taste.
8. When the red pepper is broken, add the cucumber slices and mix until even.
