Exercise:
1. Wash, peel and shred potatoes;
2. Put the starch into a bowl, add water (a little water) and stir well;
3. Put shredded potatoes into starch water, then add other seasonings (except Chili noodles and shallots) and mix well;
4. Put oil in the pot until the oil temperature rises;
5. Pour the shredded potatoes mixed with seasoning into the pot, turn the pot to make the shredded potatoes spread out in a round shape, and turn to the other side to continue frying;
6. After frying the yellow cake, put it in the pot and sprinkle with the prepared Chili noodles and shallots.
